Day 3, meal 1

2-4 egg whites
2 strips of turkey bacon
1 cup of milk

I accidently made the whole egg, wasn’t paying attention. Oops! I know better, therefore i’ll do better 2morrow.

5oz fish
2 cups of vegetables

5oz chicken breast
2 slices of wheat bread
1 tbsp of mayo or mustard
2 cups of veggies

I didnt eat the veggies because once again I’m in the park and I packed my food. I’ll load up for dinner. I kinda had one of my snacks early too. Ate some pretzels.
