Day 3, meal 1 2-4 egg whites 2 strips of turkey bacon 1 cup of milk I accidently made the whole egg, wasn’t paying attention. Oops! I know better, therefore i’ll do better 2morrow.

Day 1, meal 4 (8:000pm) 5 oz fish 2 cups of vegetables I worked out in between snack and meal 4. I did cardio and i made it fun; Just Dance 3 on the Wii, burned about 3000 cal. I’m exhausted! I get one more snack after this and I’m done for the day. It wasn’t bad at all.

Day 1, meal 3 (3:30pm) 4oz of turkey 2 slices of wheat bread 1 tbsp of mayo or mustard 1 slice of low fat cheese Handful of pretzels 2 cups of veggies I didnt have the veggies with this meal because I packed my food to go. I was out at the park with my daughter. I’m thinking i’ll double up the veggies for the 4th meal.

Day 1, meal 1(10:00am) 2 cups of cold cereal 1 cup of low fat milk 1 piece of fruit 1 boiled egg This meal should have been at 9:00am, but I got caught up at my daughter’s school this morning. Yea. Talking, communicating, relationship stuff. It's just..this is..if we were in a relationship I'd become a weird, scary version of myself and..my throat starts constricting, the walls start throbbing. It's like a peanut allergy, like an emotional peanut allergy.
