I accidently made the whole egg, wasn’t paying attention. Oops! I know better, therefore i’ll do better 2morrow.

I didnt eat the veggies because once again I’m in the park and I packed my food. I’ll load up for dinner. I kinda had one of my snacks early too. Ate some pretzels.

I worked out in between snack and meal 4. I did cardio and i made it fun; Just Dance 3 on the Wii, burned about 3000 cal. I’m exhausted! I get one more snack after this and I’m done for the day. It wasn’t bad at all.

Handful of pretzels
2 cups of veggies
I didnt have the veggies with this meal because I packed my food to go. I was out at the park with my daughter. I’m thinking i’ll double up the veggies for the 4th meal.

This meal should have been at 12pm, but because I was behind with the first meal, I pushed it back. I put way too much pepper on my chicken.

This meal should have been at 9:00am, but I got caught up at my daughter’s school this morning. I hate boiled eggs, but I hate boiled eggs, but I got through it.

What? Talking?
Yea. Talking, communicating, relationship stuff. It's just..this is..if we were in a relationship I'd become a weird, scary version of myself and..my throat starts constricting, the walls start throbbing. It's like a peanut allergy, like an emotional peanut allergy.
